I need a copy of the ToodledoSync_0_98_7.msi to uninstall the old version on my computer (when they build me new computer they moved the settings but not the old files so now I can neither run the programs or uninstall them

If downloading the MSI file doesn't work you might also want to try downloading a registry/installation cleaning program that lets you manually manage the installation database. There are a few out there.
