Toodledo sync with Pocket Informant on more than one iOD device

Over the past month I have had difficulty with getting Toodledo to sync with both devices. It is either on one or the other. I have reset my devices several times and whichever is sync'd first, the other will no longer sync. I contacted Pocket Informant about this and they said that This was a Toodledo issue that was being addressed.
Is this being addressed by Toodledo?
