Hello,

I am trying to Sync Toodledo with 2Do on my iPad. I am having issues where I receive an error from 2Do saying "It looks like no folder data was received from Toodledo..." and nothing syncs.

I have tried everything, even re-installing the app several times.

I was able to retrieve the logs from 2Do and see what appears to be the error:
[E] ---> 2016/03/28 17:01:17:799: Toodledo server account error [1]: <error id='2'>key did not validate</error>

This seems odd because it accepts my username and password, connects, but receives the error below. I am using app specific passwords and have re-generated the password a few times.

I tried contacting 2Do Support, but they are unresponsive to all of my messages. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated, I realize this might not be the best place but 2Do doesn't seem to have a forum.

Hi,

I'm having issues doing the initial sync with 2Do (Mac and iOS), too. The error message is different though. The log says:

[E] ---> 2016/04/12 11:40:05:557: ERROR UPDATING CHILD FOLDER DURING ADDITION OF TASKS 393809449: Error Domain=GtdApiErrorDomain Code=30

It would be helpful to know whether this is a 2Do or a Toodledo problem...
