Hello, helpful people. I have searched the forums and have not found someone posting a similar error.

When I try to sync, I get the following error message:

Error during synchronization: Your server administrator has limited the number of items you can open simultaneously. Try closing messages you have opened or removing attachments and images from unsent messages you are composing.

I realize it sounds like the error is on our end, but I'm not sure how to even talk to our IT staff to find out if this can be adjusted. Can anyone help?

I am using Outlook 2007 and ToodleDo Sync 1.0.1.2.
My times on the website and my computer are in sync.
I do have tasks on the website and in Outlook (not todo items, but bonafide tasks). Many of the tasks do have e-mails attached to them. Some also have Office 2007 documents (Word or Excel).

I think that covers everything. So does anyone know how I can get around this? Or what I can ask our IT department to change for me?
