I accidentally overwrote my current task with yesterdays Iphone file.
Fortunately I exported a backup last night. My question is: When I import the backup file it adds to my current file. It doesnt replace it. How do I delete the data currently in my task list and then import last nights backup file? Thanks |

The Mac is online and does access your website each time I make an entry or change.
The only synching I do is when I connect my IPhone and push the synch button located in Toodledo's settings. The result is that all the tasks on my Mac are added to those already on my Iphone. |

When I sort by due date, the tasks appear but with the notes open. Some are quite lengthy.
Is there a way to sort on due date without opening the notes? Thanks |

When I synch my Iphone to my Mac all the tasks on my Mac are added to the tasks on my IPhone, giving me lots of duplicates on my Iphone.
Is there a way to update the Iphone for tasks that changed on my Mac and vice versa? Thanks |

Thanks for the quick and nice reply.
? Lets say that I have a task set for today only, not repeating. I decide that I want to reschedule it for Sept 21. Whats the easiest way to do this? Jeff |

I'm new to Toodledo and have some questions.
I searched the forum and FAQ but coudnt find answers that helped me. ? Lets say I have a task that repeats daily. If I complete it today, do I just delete? Will it automatically appear tomorrow? ? whats the least-effort way to delete completed tasks? ? If I dont complete a task today and want to move it to next week it appears to require a multi-step pointing and clicking process. Is there a way to drag-drop the task onto the new due date, maybe a third party app? If not, what procedure is most efficient for changing dates? Thanks in advance; Jeff |
