Hi there
My default task sets time to 15:30 and a reminder one minute before. For some tasks, I’d like there to be no reminder. This page says reminders can be added using a colon : https://www.toodledo.com/info/help_email.php However, what would you put after the colon to tell it that no reminder should be set please? Ive reported this before, but about three days before the clocks change, duplicates of all reminders start coming through.
The clocks change here in the UK on Sunday, and sure enough, duplicate reminders are coming through. Please can this be fixed? Thanks Max |

When you open a tag field in a list on iOS, it automatically brings up a keyboard. This is irritating when you just want to check existing tabs as the keyboard covers tags on the lower part of the screen.
Can you please arrange that the keyboard only appears when you tap in the field to enter a new tag? Thanks Max |

After editing an entry and pressing Done, instead of staying at that entry, the list jumps to the top. With 200 list items, it takes a very long time to scroll back down to the entry or the next one.

Can we please have it so that a lists filter will match the first characters entered in a field?
For example, I have tags “house bedroom”, “house bathroom”, “house kitchen”. It would be great if in the filter, I could just enter “house” and it picks up all tags that start with “house” Thanks Max |

Your list filter is very specific that tags must be spelled exactly. This is tricky for longer tags. Could you auto fill tags in the tags filter please? |

I’m busy editing each record in a long list in order. Whenever I save, it takes me back to the top of the list instead of staying on the record where I was. Thus I have to scroll back down to find my place each time.

I have a large list and I’ve put some text in one of the notes which I need to change but I’ve forgotten which note I was. I do remember what the text is though. Is there a way to search for it?

Am I correct that the only option for backing up lists is via a complete account backup? If this is the case, how would one restore just the lists without restoring tasks please? Many thanks Max |
