I want and have tried to contact support but can't find them anywhere. Tooledo is a great programme, with an interface and a design that is from the 1950s..., i.e. good architecture but no idea of user requirements. Brilliant engine but body work done by...
I have full subscription, and there is NO support accessible!! Contact? Email? Nothing. No support tickets... Impossible to contact anyone. So think carefully before signing up. I am locked out all of a sudden. Hopefully someone with pick up this ticket. It's a shame because this could be a really really good product if it is moved into the 21st century. Good connectivity with Android apps though. I am a journalist so look out for my reports on my blogs ;-)) Well, I'll be uninstalling within 72 hours if I have no solution. Best regards Peter |
