Unfortunately, neither of these apps sync with Toodledo, they either remove the task from the list immediately (Toodle Android, To-Do List) or they do nothing at all (Pocket Informant). Is there a Toodle Friendly app that can provide this feature or is that a limitation at the ToodleDo API?
