I just renewed my subscription with an annual payment, and it created a duplicate account. The payment was processed, but when I log in it still tells me my subscription has expired. I opened a ticket but they say the queue is over 500 and the wait time is 37 biz days.

Has anyone else experienced this?


I am in the same situation, I am talking to my bank to see if there is a way to return the money

I am waiting for a ticke that I put on the day 01/03/2021, where I paid for an annual subscription and has not been applied to me.

How long does it take to respond support?

Hi!

I am a user since 2011.
The price increase is disproportionate.
My subscription ends in 2020, a lot should be better to renew the subscription.
I start looking for alternatives.
