My list feature in the app seems to be permanently stuck on a screen that says "row" at the top, along with a back arrow, a delete icon, and "save," but none of those options gets me out of that screen and to the actual content of my lists. Any advice?

I recently noticed that all but one of my notes has disappeared off my iPhone app. They used to all sync to the iPhone app, but now all but my newest note have disappeared. Anyone encountered this problem or have a solution?
