Seriously, guys, can I get some help? It's the biggest shopping week of the year, and I can't use my shopping lists in toodledo.
I've sent multiple emails (and I'm a paid subscriber) and I haven't even received so much as an acknowledgment. |

I sent an email yesterday at 8:35am (EST) and I also clicked the "send log" link at least twice yesterday.
The phone is brand new, so when I set it up from my old phone's backup, it automatically downloaded the app that is currently available in the iphone app store. When I click the "log out" button it says there are tasks with sync pending and they will all be deleted, so I'm wary of that option. I exported all of my tasks from the browser app last night, in case this goes badly, so I'll try it if you think it's necessary. This is the first time I've ever used it on this new phone, and there has not been an initial sync -- that's the problem. I have not actually had the app since 1970, believe it or not. I just bought a new iphone, and just logged in to toodledo for the first time, and it says "0 tasks"
When I try to manually sync, it says "Sync error: pullChanges() returned invalid timestamp. timestamp must be a non-zero number" Last synced Dec 31, 1970 7:00 PM Help, please? |

Toodledo features not available in RTM: Clicking the checkbox for a task in RTM doesn't mark it completed (it selects the task, and then you need to click the "check" at the top). People are complaining that you need multiple clicks to reschedule overdue events, and yet it's acceptable that you need to click TWICE to mark a task completed? They almost had me, but that's just idiotic. This message was edited Dec 23, 2018. |

This has probably already been said, but I love toodledo, and the only request I would make is a direct connect to Alexa/Echo. I use the ifttt connection, and it breaks a couple times a year -- forcing me to add my recipe again (after I notice I've lost a bunch of verbal updates).

Got it, thank you! I couldn't find the Multi-Edit button, but I see you have to do the search before it appears.
I don't use my toodledo for business, I use it for, like, wash the dog and buy milk. So a lot of things are "due" today, but not everything actually gets done. Especially if I get out of work late. :o) But if I don't make them due today, they fall below the things that aren't due until the weekend on my iphone app. Thanks again! |
