For Android I have been using "ToodleTask". I have been using it for years. I have an action on my phone to bring it up via a swipe action. Then I use the voice button to capture my item (voice to text feature). It doesn't fill out all the metadata but I can hit the button to put it in "today" or "tomorrow". there are a couple other things you can configure in the app. For me, I use this app all the time. Hope you find some value in my comment.

Great news. I have been using Toodledo for about 10 years. I still use it today. Can't wait to see how it moves forward.
