Is there a feature or plug in that can scan a group of tasks (by tag or context etc) and alert you when you have exceeded the set time?
For example: I use FlyLady and have my housework tasks loaded by Zone and my tasks are spread out. I want to set an alert when more than 30 minutes of Zone work is on the task list for the day. Instead of having to review and rearrange everything manually.. OR. when I have more than 12 hours of tasks scheduled for the day - send a notification to adjust your schedule.. |
