I have been syncing fine until a couple of weeks ago. The error I show from the Diagnostic tab is: SyncApp.exe Error: 0 : Error during synchronization: The operation failed. at Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook._TaskItem.get_Body() at SynchLib.HashGenerator.getTaskItemHash(TaskItem item) at SynchLib.SyncTool.findUpdatedItemsIncremental(List`1 contexts) at SynchLib.SyncTool.performIncrementalSynch() at SynchLib.SyncTool.synchronizeTasks() at SyncApp.frmMain.performSync() It seems to stop at the same location each time and shows a lot of activity prior to stopping. I have tried moving to the newest version of the sync software with no change (unload and reload). I need help. thanks
