I am doing a trial this week of collaboration with my support team. They can see my tasks, which is fine, but I'd really like them to see my notes in the notebook too, because that is where I keep my thinking about the latest position on the projects I am involved in (and hence so are they too).
I could make up tasks which were these projects and then transfer the notes over from the Notebook, but that would be fiddly, and I want to keep the tasks for things I actually have to do something about, rather than things I have captured in my system and am keeping an eye on. So is there any way of allowing them to see my notes in the notebook? |
