this is an excellent idea! i applaud you on an ambitious approach to keeping users informed. it helps to see what sort of things are being worked on so we can know if it is worthwhile to report an issue or feature request. if it is being worked it keeps your inbox from being filled with 'me too' requests. thank you for this approach.
