Whenever I power down my tablet or restart my phone, my Toodle-Do account is automatically closed on that device. I have to re- add the account before I can sync my devices correctly. Is there a way to make the account stay open through a shut-down or restart like my other accounts (such as Dropbox) do? I have a Galaxy Note 2 and a Galaxy Note 10.1

I have a Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet and a Galaxy Note 2 cellphone. Suddenly, I am unable to sync both devices. I can sync one or the other but not both. If I am signed into the ToodleDo sync account on one device, I cannot sign into the sync account of the other device. I get a message saying the user name or password is not valid. What gives???
