I've been trying to subscribe to a plan to upgrade from the free version and despite having one card registered, a different one shows up which is not in use any more. I've tried contacting stripe to upgrade (after looking in your FAQs) but it doesn't recognise my email address. How do I get your subscription service to recognise the right card so that I can buy a subscription?!
