I've spent all afternoon trying to find a good online task mgr app that would also work on my phone. I thought I'd settled on Remember the Milk, but this is way better. Glad I looked around.

I would like to 3rd that! I've spent all afternoon testing/evaluation online task mgr apps, and this the best by far! I will gladly give them $15 for the paid version, even though the free version serves my needs.

What an awesome web interface! What an excellent task mgr! Great notes. Goals, folders, contexts, notes, tags, time estimation/tracking. Import/export in CSV, XML, text, iCal. Can multi-sort by 2 criteria in free version (3 in paid version.) Can add/retrieve tasks via email. Email reports to yourself from a folder in the app. Javascript bookmarklet to add tasks from any webpage. Pro version only $15/yr and seems to have some nice extra features. On the downside, completed task history view only goes back 1 week in free version, could probably just export them in order to maintain completed task history. No subtasks in free version. Cannot arbitrarily re-order tasks. Doesn't matter, Toodledo is awesome! After evaluating half a dozen free task mgr apps, there is absolutely no competition to Toodledo. Way better than Remember The Milk.
