Found the answer myself: Indeed, Toodle syncs with iphone Reminders, and Outlook syncs with Reminders.

Hi, I've been using ToodleDo for several years (a fantastic productivity tool!), but only recently started using tasks in Outlook 2010.
I noticed that tasks disappear from Outlook and appear in ToodleDo. How is it even possible, if I use completely different credentials for Outlook and ToodleDo? I'm not even using my real name for ToodleDo. How can a task crawl from my 'dudelebowsky' Toodle account into my corporate Outlook? Does ToodleDo sync with iPhone Reminders? How do I stop this? I use Outlook for work-related tasks, and ToodleDo for personal tasks, and would like to keep them separate. Thanks! This message was edited Apr 16, 2018. |
