Has anyone discovered ways to automate turning a note in Slack (slack.com) into a ToodleDo task? I'm beginning to use Slack and this would be a really helpful automation.

Posted by Jake: There is not a keyboard shortcut, but you can change your filters to have subtasks hidden by default and then they will all be collapsed and you will have to click to reveal them.

Is there a keyboard shortcut to collapse indented subprojects? I have a few very long ones that keep opening up every time I refresh the list. I'd like to be able to collapse them with one key rather than have to click on each one individually.

While we wait for a "native" solution, here is a workaround that works for me:
1) Add your Toodledo email address into your contact list. Call it "Toodledo". 2) To your watch, say "OK Google...send an email to Toodledo saying "[put your task description here]". Example: OK Google...send an email to Toodledo saying "Pick up the dry cleaning". |
