Using folders for my projects. Is there any way to add new folders on the fly as I think about it instead of having to switch pages add new folder then go to the bottom of the page to alphabetize

Is there a quick way to modify folder name or add folder while on the main task menu. As I am adding tasks I often think of new projects (folders) that I need or find I need to change name of project. Ideas?
