Most of the time when I'm done with a task I have lots of note that I wrote in it which I don't want to lose. Is there a way I can move the Task from ToDo to Note?

Lately for some reason all my todo tasks go into these folders i'm not sure where they are coming from. They called "Importance Level: X" x is different number if each task. how can I take these off of my list. I set up my todo list to show me all my tasks in a table with 3 fields but now these folders are breaking my task table, can you help me?
