As a long time user, here's how I work around this.
I use Tags to implement this type of GTD functionality when the Folder, Context, Goal, Status fields are insufficient. You can give a Task multiple Tags. Just separate each Tag with a comma. For example, People are Tagged (John, Mary), while primary Locations (Home, Office, Shop, Out) and Tools (PC, Internet, Email, Phone) are Contexts. So I could have a Task to "Ask John about thing" which can have John as a Tag and Phone or Email as a Context but if I happen upon John, I can go "I had a question for you...", QED. There is also a separate specific Location Field in Toodledo but I never use it. Best, Bob |
