I had some trouble downloading the Pro version, but on changing my google email address (to gmail, not googlemail) it appeared.

There is an issue with the Market for some phones, so if you cannot get it from the market the developer recommends trying 'SlideMe' to purchase the application.

On first use, I was also put off by the look of the UI. However, I persisted and eventually became a Pro user simply because of the powerfulness of Toodledo.

However, a bit of GUI redesign wouldn't go amiss! It could look much better - but I wouldn't like the ease of use to be reduced in any way.
