This took me a little while to find so hopefully will save you time.

I am an extensive user of contexts and when I upgraded to 3.0 contexts appears to have been eliminated from the app. They weren't on the side bar, folders is which isn't useful to me.

To get your contexts to replace folders first you must add it back to the fields that are active settings->fields & Defaults put contexts in active from in active listing.

In my case I moved folders to inactive.

Now there is a menu for contexts on the left and they appear on the tasks again.
