Is it possible to Send or CC the 'HotList' to an email address other than the default Login email address ?

Is there an option to send the system generated HotList to an email address other than the Login address ?
Can extra fields be shown (for me, I'd like the Folder name added in..) I'd like to automatically send this summary to one of my team leaders ready to discuss the following day. Newish user, so have searched the Forum first but........ This message was edited Apr 14, 2016. |

Is a way round it to place attachment on an android device to an email, then email it to toodledo via the email interface and unique email address? Does that make sense ?

Current I have Silver Subscription, due to renew in May2014.
I want to upgrade to Gold to able to use the Attachment functionality. If I upgrade now, is the cost pro-rota ? |

I have Pro version, but I can only select & print a booklet for 1 folder at a time.
There are two options : Entire list by Due date & Entire List by Priority. Can we have an Entire List by Folder ? |

Is it is possible when using the Booklet option from the Pro version to be able to get a booklet with all tasks listed by Folders; ie
Folder 1 -task1 -task2 Folder 2 -task 10 -task 11 etc I can specific folder's task printed or all tasks printed, but I want it ordered by Folder to use a o/s task list organised by folders (or sites as we use it for) I'm try to replicate what we can do in Outlook Tasks at the moment This message was edited Jun 09, 2010. |

I use folders to divide my tasks up by projects.
So, can I specify "any folder" in the selction criteria when generating a booklet ? It offers only 'No Folder' or individual Folder selection. Other options often have a 'Any Folder' selection. I want all my tasks printed by Category (ie project), similar to that which can be displayed |
