Found my own answer from the Help:
"Only tasks that have a due-date will trigger a reminder, if the reminder checkbox is checked. If your task doesn't have a due-time, Toodledo will use 12:00 noon as the default time by which it calculates the lead-time for the reminder." |

Is there somewhere when I can set when I get alarms/reminders if I set a due date with Alarm of ~ 1 min, but no due time. When then would I receive the notification on, say my iPhone?
