I had a "Read / Review" folder, in which I kept all the books I wanted to read, as well as all the books I previously read.
For some reason, today, much of that sub-text has disappeared (it was a long list, but I don't think it was approaching a limit....) Is it possible that after a period of time, Toodledoo deletes some of your text?? |

Posted May 16, 2010 in: Keeping "actions" linked with parent "project"
Score: 0
I've started using Toodledo for the GTD methodology, and it is a learning process, but I'm glad to have a resource such as this site.
I've set up my system so that I have a variety of folders (Actions, Projects, Waiting for, etc), and I was wondering if there is a way of quickly moving sub-tasks under a specific project to your "Action" folder, while keeping them somehow linked with the original Project. Right now I simply plan out a variety of steps under a main project, and write them in the "notes" section of the project, then when it is time to DO each task, I copy and paste it in my "Actions" folder, but this doesn't feel very time efficient to me... Any ideas? |
