I actually don't need to sync with PT
What I wanted to get is some tips for handling such a situation Would you enter thetask twice ? Or maybe it's better to just to enter "work on project X" ? Thanx Eli |

I bought the toodlede's iPhone app.
But it seems that it doesn't have real support for subtasks. subtasks appear as another task and you can move a normal task to be a subtask any workarounds ? Also, why I see the parent task in my task list ? isn't it obvious that I need to complete it's sub tasks first ? thanx Eli |

I'll give an example:
lets say I have a project named 'Proj' The ticketing system I use for it is PivotalTracker.com and I have there all the development tasks I need to do but I also want some of these tasks to appear in my main todo (toodledo), so that I would know that I need to work on 'Proj' The problem is that it feels wrong to put the same tasks in 2 places (both PivotalTracker & Toodledo) How do you guys would handle it ? thanx again Eli |

Hello all,
I'm just starting to get to know toodledo One thing I've always bothered with, is how do I manage my time within my projects I have several software projects, and I a ticketing system for each project. The problem is that I want to have project related tasks , on my main todo list (do this, finish this, etc ..) but it feels like a duplication. How would you handle it ? thanx Eli |
