Two bug fixes

Toodledo	Posted: Jun 29, 2008 1) If you live in a different timezone than Toodledo, and you completed a task near midnight, there was a chance that the completed date would be set to one day ahead or behind the actual date. This has been fixed. 2) The count displayed on the hotlist tab that shows the number of tasks inside that tab could have been inaccurate if you set the start-date field on a task to be in the future but had the due-date set to the past. This has been fixed. We should probably prohibit having a start-date later than a due-date, but we'll consider this in the future.
