synching doesnt pick up new entries

when i do a synch with my iphone 3g, none of the outlook new entries from notes or contacts, transfer. everything was working well until i had to reinstall toodledo. it is now reinstalled, but i cant figure out how to properly configure it. a nag has appeared asking for some unique p/w, but i dont understand what they want.

The Outlook Sync tool was made by a third-party developer. Please contact them for support with their product. They can be reached at : http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncInfo.aspx

SADLY, it doesnt help. my iphone synchs ok, but it just doesnt transfer either way, any new stuff. my desktop will show that a program is trying to access my outlook, and i assume that program is the toodledo synch one, but after iok it, nothing changes.
