It looks like there have been several requests over YEARS to amend this. Manual re-ordering of tasks it, or should be, a requirement. I'm amazed that this hasn't been handled yet. I want/NEED the ability to decide what goes on TOP etc. I can't believe that people have been asking for this very obvious feature for so long. You should make it a TOP priority (Yeah...put it on your list, on top ... oh yeah, you can't! Sorry) and GET IT DONE. Until you do, I can't possibly rate this as hig as I'd ;like to. And I will Rate it. Thank you.
