I am using Toodledo and accessing it on my iPad via Pocket Informant. When I am at home, it will sync flawlessly. When I am at work it will not sync. I think our network has either the address or the port blocked.
Can you share with me what port or address so I can ask our network admin to open it? I asked the PI people, since it is their product that is causing the hiccup; however, their response was if it works on other networks it isn't them. The only way I have to sync if I am at work is to use my android phone and wireless tether it. It isn't time consuming or cumbersome, just annoying because it should work without all the gyrations! Thanks!! |

We use the standard http port 80 that all websites use. Can you access Toodledo in Safari on your iPad?

If you can access Toodledo in Safari, but not in Pocket Informant, then the problem is with Pocket Informant not Toodledo.
