Do these also 'expire' and 'rollover' when the due time has passed, or just the day? It looks like they 'rollover' based only on Date, and not time, but I might be doing it wrong.
If this is not yet implimented, is there a plan to include functionality like this?

Optional tasks roll over at midnight, so you are correct that due-time is not taken into account. This is on our to-do list.
