Having completed tasks disappear sooner than one month

I accumulate several hundred completed tasks or checklist items each week. and as far as I can tell the only way I can have them disappear is to wait for a month.

Is there any way for me to have completed tasks disappear sooner?

That feature is not offered at this time. It's on "the list".

Don't listen to Salgud :)

There are several ways to make completed tasks go away.

1) Use the "Hide completed tasks" filter, which will cause all completed tasks to be hidden. They will still be available in search if you need to go back and find one.

2) Create a saved search with the date preferences that you want and then use the multi-edit tool to delete all the tasks that match the search that you don't want anymore.
