Using Toodledo Version 2.1.8 on an iPad in office using firewall and proxy. Toodledo.com has been trusted. Can access toodledo through Safari without issue. Attempts to sync Toodledo result in "cannot connect" messages. Attempting to sync to a Mobile Me account. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Toodledo cannot currently sync through some Firewalls if the are set in certain ways. We are looking into this, but there should be a way to reconfigure your firewall to allow syncing.
Toodledo does not sync with Mobile Me.
