toodledo to outlook

I do not understand why MSFT has not simply built an app for this. In the meantime, toodledo will have to do. My outlook tasks sync with the web and iphone. My iphone added tasks sync with web but web does not sync back to outlook (2003). This should not be this hard. Help! Hugh
