Tasks that are checked on iPhone app disappear from browser

Loving Toodledo so far, but one thing that is bugging me is that when I check (NOT delete) an item on a list from within the iPhone app, it remains visible there in the app, correctly, as a checked item; however, it disappears (does NOT appear in the folder as a checked item) on my website account; it will re-appear in the website folder if I uncheck it in the phone. Bottom line, the app displays items that were checked within the iPhone app correctly, the website does not. No problems with items that I check/uncheck from within the website. Is there a display option that I can't find that fixes this?

The visibility of completed tasks is controlled by the filters. You can hide or reveal them in both places. To hide them on the iPhone, tap "Hidden Tasks" and then "Hide recently completed"
