Not syncing Outlook Tasks

I installed the software, but Outlook Tasks are not syncing to my iPhone.
Also, I keep getting a dialog box every few minutes, telling me that a program is trying to access outlook, and I have to allow it.

Running Outlook 2010 and Windows 7 ultimate, all 64 bit.

The Outlook Sync tool was made by a third-party developer. Please contact them for support with their product. They can be reached at : http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncInfo.aspx

When I run a log, it shows that the tasks are being copied, but when I open Toodledo on my iPhone, the tasks are not there.

No, the tasks are in Outlook.

Then the tasks are not syncing from Outlook to the website, which is the first step. You will need to contact the company that makes the Outlook sync tool that you are using for support. The link is above.
