To reset the sync data in a 3rd party application, you'll need to contact the company that makes the app and ask them how to do it. We cant control this on our website.
I have reset the sync data on the application, this is not the problem.
What I am looking for is reseting the account information (from the API call) for the application. Is there any way this can be done so in effect the application has never synced with toodledo before and the first sync will set the time values.
