So, for the iOS versions, is the data stored locally, or is it going to the servers to pull data each time I load? I ask in case, for some horrible reason, the servers go down. I need my data, or I'll be lost as to what I need to do next. If the data is kept locally, I can at least have a snapshot of what was there before an outage.

Data must be kept on iOS as you can still use it while you have no data connection. HTH.

Date is stored on the iPhone and synced with the server whenever you have a network connection (if you have syncing enabled).
