I would love to be able to tag certain tasks that can be accomplished in 5 minutes or less. I'm sure the Tags field can handle it, but there is no multiple choice there. Any suggestions? I currently use Folders, Contexts and Starred for other purposes. Thanks. Tim |

You could enable the "length" field in your account settings which will allow you to estimate the time it will take to complete a task, and allow you to sort by that time. Or you could tag them with "quick" or make a special folder or context for them. Hope that helps. |
