Sync Problem With Iphone

I cannot get my Iphone to sync. I get error 1002. I went to the sync area and re-enetered my email and password but it keeps saying to check my email and password. I can sign in and out using the same email I am inputting into my Iphone so I know the email and password are correct. I have checked for case sensitive to make sure that was not the problem. I have also tried to change to a new email address and password to no avail. What should I do? Thanks!

Several people have reported the same problem, but we have been unable to reproduce it on our end, so we don't know what is causing it. In most of the cases that we know if, one of these two things worked.

1) Try entering your username and password again. Try several times. For some reason it just starts working for some people.

2) Delete Toodledo from your iPhone. Reinstall it and try again. This works many times.

We are still investigating why this is happening.

Thanks - I had the same problem. Solution 1 worked for me, but it would be good to solve the root cause.
