Adding Colaborators

I have a silver subscription and I've purchased two other silver subscriptions for two employees on my account.

When I click on the "Add Collaborator" tab it takes me to a sharing page and I have the option of clicking on the two employees or adding a new one.

After selecting an employee I go back to my task page and collaborator drop down and that employee is not there.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Did I set them up with a silver account properly to use this system within our company?

Hello,

It sounds like your collaborator hasn't accepted your sharing request or set sharing permissions. Make sure they go to the collaboration page and accept your request. Here's the link to our collaboration tutorial video:

How do my two employees that I've created silver accounts for set up those accounts on their app?

There is a full explanation in the tutorial video I posted above. They will need to go to the collaboration page in the "tools" menu (http://www.toodledo.com/share.php) and then accept your request there. Then, they can also add you as a collaborator and edit share settings by clicking on your profile.
