Retrieving Tasks Starting Today Via Email

I use the Retrive Tasks by Email function quite regulalry to email me lists of items first thing in the morning or when I arrive home at night. However I have had a problem with tasks starting "today".
If I use "?>Started" as the subject, I expect to receive all tasks that have started, including the ones that started today. However, I only receive tasks that started up until yesterday, not tasks that have started today.
Also, if I use "?>Today" as the subject, I expect to receive tasks that have started today, but currently I receive all tasks including those without a start or due date
If I use "?>tomorrow", it works as expected, ie I get all tasks that start tomorrow.
I was wondering if this might be a timezone issue as I live in Australia and we are almost a day ahead of West Coast USA.
