Renew Subscription Error

Dear Forum,
When I tried to renew my subscription, upon clicking "pay with credit card" I received the error "There was an error and you were not charged. Please go back and try again."
When I tried leaving a trouble ticket nothing happened. There was no option to pick a category and then leave a brief note.
I use plug-ins such as No Script, but I've allowed all for this site.
Thoughts?

Sounds like Javascript is not functioning correctly if you can't make a payment or make a support ticket. Maybe try using a different web browser as a test.
