I have a list of items in notes (inventory). I want to import them into rows in lists so they can be sorted?

No problem. What you need to do is first make a CSV file from your notes. You can do this by copy and pasting the items into a spreadsheet like Excel. Each item on a new row. You can have columns with different data if you want. Then export this as a CSV file. Now, open Toodledo, and follow these directions: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=159
