This forum is a place to get help and suggestions about how to use Toodledo. We will try to read all the comments and answer any questions that we can, but we may get too busy to respond to everything. If you have a pressing question or a question of a private nature, you can always ask us via our Contact Form.

Participate
We would also like to encourage everyone to help out. If you know the answer to someone's question, feel free to give your advice. Our official answers will always be marked with a star.

Other Resources
We have a number of Help Topics that you should check out first. Most of our frequently asked questions are answered there, but if you have a question that isn't addressed, please post it here.

Bugs or Feature Requests
You are welcome to discuss bugs or features that you would like added to Toodledo, but keep in mind that we may get too busy to read every comment posted in these forums, so we may miss your idea. For this reason, we would prefer to receive bug reports and feature requests sent to us via our Support Tickets. These get logged and tracked in our internal system and will not be missed.

In the unlikely event that you discover a bug that has security consequences, please contact us privately and do not publicize it in these forums until we have had a chance to correct it.

Timelines/Roadmaps
It is our policy to keep our roadmap a secret and we generally do not comment on release dates for feature improvements. Our to-do list for Toodledo is large, growing, and constantly being re-prioritized based on internal and external factors. Also, in software, it is notoriously difficult to predict development times. Things often take 10x longer or shorter than we thought. Any published release date would be entirely arbitrary and listing our future improvements would limit our freedom and flexibility. This freedom is important for our motivation and for our ability to react quickly to embrace new directions that we might want to go. Also, pre-announcing all our future feature enhancements would tip off our competitors.

Thanks,
Toodledo
