How do i get the update for outlines

Hello
I keep getting a message that the outlines has been up graded but I cannot find where to implement or refresh my system to get this upgrade ??

This message means that the outline was changed in a different web browser or in the app and the changes have just been downloaded to the browser that you are viewing. Most likely the changes have automatically been shown on the page. However, you can always reload the webpage to make sure. If you are in the app, you can go out of the outline and back in to see all the changes.
